Extinction Extended is a cinematic soundset for Omnisphere 2.8 + Sonic Extensions Seismic Shock and Undercurrent (required!) with 244 presets and created from 149 custom soundsources.

This soundset is perfect for usage in production, film, game and trailer music and provides you with a toolkit with a wide range of cinematic sounds. In this soundset you will find steady and intense ARP’s, deep solid basses, shimmering pads, majestic sounding synths, mysterious textures and soundscapes and a collection of pings, signals, plucks, downers, risers and hits.

The Extended version makes use of the of the new FX that came with the Seismic Shock and Undercurrent Sonic Extesions released by Spectrasonics. These FX are NOT available in Omnisphere 2 if you don’t have the Sonic Extensions installed.
The Extinction Extended soundset contains all the 122 presets from Extinction and each preset has an alternative version with the use of the Seismic Shock and Undercurrent FX which brings the total to 244 presets. The new FX add a lot of different character to the presets and gives often a more darker, crunchy and spacious feel to the presets. If you do not have the Sonic Extensions Seismic Shock and Undercurrent, please check out the regular Extinction soundset if you own the regular Extinction set, then you can upgrade to the Extended version by adding it to the cart and during the checkout you will receive your upgrade discount.

Included in the purchase is also a Unified version , which is completely optional and is intended for users who like to work with and load soundsets in Pluginguru’s Unify.
